Veal meat is very low in saturated fats and contains high quantities of vitamin B12 and Iron.

We offer a full range of cuts – cutlets, steaks, roasts, stew meat and ground veal – as well as a number of value added products like breakfast sausages, hamburger patties, garlic coils, pepperettes, sliced pepperoni and jerky.

Our products are available through the Thunder Bay Country Market, Superior Seasons, and a number of local stores and restaurants. Farm gate pick-ups are also welcomed.
