Grilled Radish, White Bean & Walnut Salad

Make the delicious grilled salad brought to us by farmer/chef Chris Groenheide from Tarrymore Gardens in our May 2022 show!




  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Champagne mustard
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • s & p to taste


  1. Wash and top radishes, setting greens to the side. 
  2. Halve your radishes and toss with a little olive oil.
  3. Trim and chop your greens; set aside in your salad bowl. 
  4. Chop dill and chives, combine with greens, walnuts and drained white beans.
  5. Whisk together your dressing ingredients and set aside.
  6. Grill radishes over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes a side.
  7. Toss grilled radishes with other ingredients and dressing to taste.
