Chris’ Lamb Burgers
Get grilling with the flavourful Lamb Burgers demonstrated by farmer/chef Chris Groenheide from Tarrymore Gardens in our May 2022 show!
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic/ green garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 egg
- s & p to taste
- Mix together all ingredients and form into 4 patties.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 3 – 4 minutes a side.
- Serve in your favourite bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and Chris’ Tzatziki Sauce!
