Rhonda’s Buckwheat Honey and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Make this lovely, light dressing with Rhonda Bill’s spring greens salad with sheep’s feta and the earliest greenhouse veggies, as seen in our April 2022 show.

Ingredients:

  • *1/2 cup olive, grapeseed or avocado oil
  • *¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • *2 Tbsp Buckwheat honey
  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard (we like 360 Mustard from Tomlin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Whisk together the white balsamic, honey and grainy mustard, until blended well.  Drizzle in oil while whisking to create an emulsion.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
