What’s In Season Episode 11: Lamb Burgers with Tzaziki and Grilled Radish & White Bean Salad

This month on tbayInSeason, chef Chris Groenheide gets us in the grilling mood with beautifully dressed spring lamb burgers, a delicious sauce you can use on the burgers and about 100 other things, and a delicate salad with a bit of char.

Lamb Burgers: Chris’ recipe calls for ground spring lamb, rich egg , fresh parsley and green garlic for the patties, and toppings of fresh lettuce, tomato and onion with creamy Tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki: greek yogurt, grated cucumber, green garlic, fresh dill and mint. Not only is it great on burgers and wraps, it makes a mean dip for snacks like fresh veggie sticks and (shhh!) potato chips.

Grilled Radish & White Bean Salad: a quick grilling tames the spiciness of brand-new radishes and adds some char to this surprisingly complex – but incredibly easy to prepare – spring salad.
